How do VIP Points work?
VIP Points are earned through your activity on the platform and determine your VIP Level.
Your VIP Points are calculated based on:
- Your Net Deposits (total deposits minus withdrawals)
- Your Positive Realized Profit from closed trades once your lifetime trading activity is profitable overall
The more VIP Points you accumulate, the higher your VIP Level and the more benefits you can unlock.
Does losing money reduce my VIP Points?
If your lifetime trading activity is in overall profit, a loss may reduce the profit-based VIP Points you have accumulated.
If your lifetime profit is already negative, your profit-based VIP Points are already at zero, so additional losses will not reduce them further.
Can my VIP Level go down?
Yes.
VIP Levels are based on your total VIP Points. Withdrawals may reduce your Net Deposits and therefore your VIP Points.
As a result, your VIP Level may increase or decrease over time depending on your account activity.
Are unrealized profits included in VIP Points?
No.
Only positive realized profits from closed trades are included in the VIP Points calculation. Open positions and unrealized profits do not contribute to your VIP Points until they are closed and realized.

How do VIP Boosts work?
VIP Boosts temporarily increase your VIP Level, allowing you to enjoy higher-tier benefits without first accumulating the required number of VIP Points.
Most VIP Boosts remain active for 30 days.
What is a VIP Boost?
A VIP Boost is a temporary upgrade that increases your VIP Level and unlocks the benefits associated with that higher tier.
Your VIP Points continue accumulating normally while the Boost is active.
Can I stack multiple VIP Boosts?
Additional VIP Boosts do not increase your VIP Level by multiple tiers. Instead, each new Boost extends the duration of your existing Boost period.
What happens when a Boost expires?
When a VIP Boost expires, your VIP Status returns to the level supported by your VIP Points or any active Guaranteed VIP Level.
